• Candle or incense (optional)
• 1-7 Rose Quartz tumbled stones

If you find yourself struggling with self-love this Taurus season, take some time to try this simple crystal ritual. At any time during Taurus season, draw yourself a hot bath and be sure you won’t be disturbed. Add a few tumbled Rose Quartz stones to the bathwater as well as two or three tablespoons of dried Chamomile flowers (as long as you’re not allergic). You may also wish to light some candles or incense in your favorite fragrance to add some ambiance to the space (be sure to use a fireproof container and keep this where you can monitor it – never leave an open flame unattended).

Next, gently ease yourself into the bath. Sitting comfortably, hold your hands just above the bath water with your palms facing downward. Then, visualize a pink light moving from your heart, down your arms, out through the palms of your hands, and into the water. Visualize the water glowing pink, filling the water with the energy of love, and see the Rose Quartz stones filled with pink light. See the stones glowing very brightly, charging the water with love and healing.

Open your eyes, and gently bathe your body in the energy-infused water. Feel the energy of love pouring over your body like gentle waves as the water touches your skin. Remain in this healing bath as long as you’d like. You can repeat this exercise as often as is needed throughout Taurus season. You can also adapt this exercise for the shower rather than a bathtub by holding a small, tumbled Rose Quartz stone in your hand and gently rubbing it over your body while showering.
