Cancer Season Crystal Ritual & Meditation:

Ritual Overview:

• Work with Larimar to tune into the energy of each room in your home.
• Move room by room, observing the energy of the space and listing ways to improve the space.
• After your list is complete, choose three projects from the list to do by the end of Cancer Season.

Ritual Supplies:

• A Larimar stone (you may substitute any of the Cancer Season stones from the list above)
• A notebook or some paper
• A pen or pencil
• Optional: Something to write on (like a clipboard)
• Optional: A small cushion to sit upon

Gather your supplies. Beginning at the main entrance of your home, walk to the center of the room and place the Larimar stone on the floor in front of you. Sit down and make yourself comfortable (on your cushion if you’ve chosen to include one), and close your eyes. Hold your hands above the Larimar stone and allow it to help you tap into the energy of the room. Does this space lift you up and support you? Does this space drag you down? Or is it somewhere in between? When you feel ready, open your eyes and look around the room, taking time to notice the colors, textures, objects, empty space, etc. What stands out or calls your attention that needs a little attention and TLC?

Write down any observations about the space along with how it makes you feel and why. Be sure to include a list of at least three things that you could do to improve the energy or aesthetics of this space to better suit you. Gather up your supplies, go to an adjacent room, and repeat this process (starting with putting the Larimar stone in the center of the new space). Once you’ve gone through every room (on all stories…don’t forget hallways and stairwells), choose at least three tasks from your list of TLC projects to complete during Cancer Season.

Crystals for Cancer in Your Chart:

In addition to working with crystals during Cancer season, you may also want to work with the following stones if you have Cancer energy in your birth chart.

Each of us has many astrological influences that affect our energy and the way we interact with the world around us. If Cancer is part of your Big 3, you can use the stones suggested below to enhance or balance its energy. Sunstone can always be used in place of a Sun Sign Stone (or you can use any of the Cancer crystals listed at the beginning of this article), and Moonstone can be substituted in place of a Moon Sign Stone.

As you place the stone and paper into the bag, think about what energy your Sun Sign represents and brings into your life.

Next, write out the name of your Moon sign and draw its symbol on another small piece of paper. Place this paper along with your Moon Sign Stone into the pouch. As you place the stone and paper into the bag, think about what energy your Moon Sign represents and brings into your life.

Finally, write out the name of your Rising sign and draw its symbol on the last small piece of paper. Place this paper along with your Rising Sign Stone into the pouch. As you place the stone and paper into the bag, think about what energy your Rising Sign represents and brings into your life.
