Q: Are there any prerequisites for the classes offered through the Love and Light School of Energy Medicine?
A: Any prerequisites for classes can be found in the descriptions of the classes themselves. Most of our classes do not have prerequisites, but a few of our program are structured in such a way that there are various levels of study (where one class is required before you can move on to the next class in the series).

Q: Where and when are the classes held?
A: Classes are all held online and can be attended by anyone, from anywhere in the world. For Level 1, class begins September 19th, and you will receive one new class every other Monday.

For Levels 2 & 3, there will be a Live Kickoff Meeting on September 17th. Class officially begins September 19th, and you will receive a new class every Monday + Ashley will hold live office hours every Friday to discuss what you learned in that week’s class. The classes themselves have been pre-recorded, so you can tune in any time without having to worry about scheduling.

Office hours for Levels 2 & 3 are held LIVE each week, but you can send your questions in ahead of time if you can’t attend. These weekly session will then be recorded and available for you to download later if you were unable to attend the live webinars.

Q: Can I work through classes at my own pace?
A: Yes! Here at Love and Light classes you have the benefit of setting your own pace. Once you are enrolled, you will have lifetime access to our class materials – there is NO time limit for completing your classes.

Q: How do I register and pay for online classes?
A: Registering for Love and Light’s online classes is quick and easy! Just visit our site and click on Enrollment & Shopping. There you can browse through the list of classes and programs available, or use the featured search function to find classes of interest to you. Once you find a class or program you’d like to enroll in, click the “add to cart” button that follows the description. When you’re finished shopping, follow the prompts to pay for your selections. You can pay for classes using your Paypal account, or pay with a major credit card if you’re not a Paypal user.

Q: Do I need a Paypal account to pay for classes?
A: No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to register for classes. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can simply make your payment using a major credit card. Although all payments are processed through Paypal, credit card payments do not require you to have a Paypal account.

Q: Do I have to be a U.S. citizen to take online classes?
A: No, you do not have to be a U.S. citizen to take online classes. Anyone, anywhere, can take our online classes. We welcome students from all over the world!

Q: Can I earn CE hours by taking online classes through Love and Light School of Energy Medicine?
A: Most of the classes offered by Love and Light qualify for continuing education (CE) hours through NCBTMB. Q: How do online classes work?
A: When you register for a live online class, you will receive a class access link to our virtual classroom. There you will be able to see and hear your instructor as well as a slide-show presentation of the class material. Students participating in live classes will be able to interact with their instructor and classmates using a classroom chatbox. Although recorded classes don’t allow for interaction during class, students taking recorded classes will still be able to view the chatbox from the live class. This allows everyone to benefit from questions and other valuable information and resources shared by those in the live class. Students watching the recorded versions of classes will still be able to ask questions by contacting the class instructor through email.

Q: What if I’m unable to attend a live online class?
A: No worries! If you are unable to attend a live online class that you’ve registered for, you can take the recorded version later. A recorded class is typically available the day following the live class. You may register for the recorded version of a class at any time and take it at your convenience.

Q: Are refunds available if requested?
A: The value of our classes can’t be matched, and we know you’ll absolutely adore the content and materials that are included! Enrolling in any of our programs means you’re making a commitment and an investment in yourself and our School, and we do not accept refund requests for any of our classes, programs or products. Q: What do I get with my class enrollment?
A: You will receive a class access link to your live or recorded class and a class manual (PDF file). Upon completing the class and passing your exam, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Most of our classes also include special bonus materials.

Q: When can I expect my class materials?
A: All of your class materials are immediately available to you online after completing your enrollment and registration.

Q: What happens if I don’t pass my exam?
A: We allow un-timed, open-notes, exams with unlimited attempts to pass.  Usually, if you do not pass twice in a row, we will be sure you get some 1-on-1 time with your instructor to cover any areas you’re having trouble with, and then you can try taking your exam again (although we’ve only had to do this once out of our hundreds of students).  Most people pass with flying colors.

Q: How long does it take to complete the various programs offered by the Love and Light School of Energy Medicine?
A: The length of time it takes to complete a particular Love and Light program all depends on your work pace. Each student sets his or her own pace – it’s all up to you!

Q: Will my program completion be recognized outside of the United States?
A: You will have to check on the requirements/laws/regulations for your specific location to see if the program completion would be acceptable there (or if it is even required at all). You should be able to get the information from your equivalent of the department of regulations and licensing. Although we work to stay current on laws and regulations affecting our classes and programs of study and how these may relate to our students and alumni, we are unable to consistently monitor such laws and regulations in all areas. Q: Do I need to be certified as a healer to begin working on people in a professional business?
A: Most places within the United States do not require energy healers to have certification. However, it does give your clients and employers peace of mind if they know you have completed some formal training on the subject. Additionally, it is highly recommended that you have adequate business insurance and a minister’s license.
