Healing Crystals for Acceptance and Emotional HealingWhen things get tough or you’ve been through a particularly rough patch, it can often be very difficult to move forward with your life and heal.  The way ahead isn’t always an easy one, but taking the first steps toward healing old emotional wounds through acceptance is important if you’re to find peace and balance.

The first step toward healing emotional trauma is to accept what has happened.  Although it may feel just to find someone to blame, accepting what has happened, without blaming or shaming others is a healthier approach to healing.  Crystals are excellent tools to help you find acceptance and move forward without holding anyone else responsible.  Rhodochrosite, Pink Calcite, Pink Opal, and Pink Tourmaline are all very powerful stones for promoting acceptance.  These stones repair the energetic damage caused by emotional trauma so that you can heal these old, damaged parts of yourself without bitterness or anger.  These crystals encourage the release of pent up emotions surrounding the issue and help you understand the experience as part of the cosmic dance.

However, when the issue is related to something from a previous lifetime, rather than your present life, it may be necessary to combine one of the above stones with a cleansing crystal like Selenite, Scolecite, Ulexite, or Clear Quartz.  Place two cleansing stones, one behind each ear, over the area of the past life chakras.  Leaving these crystals in place for approximately ten to fifteen minutes will dissolve any psychic debris left over from past life trauma that may be causing emotional imbalance in this lifetime.

To ensure that the emotional body remains free from negative energy, wear or carry a reflective crystal daily.  This will shield your energy body from outside energy.  Labradorite, Larvikite, Black Moonstone, and Hypersthene are some of the best stones to use for shielding the aura in this way.

 

By using healing crystals to accept what has happened in your life, repair emotional wounds, cleanse past life debris that remains with your aura, and protect yourself against future trauma, you can finally move forward with your life and start anew in a healthy, balanced way.

  11. Fascinated by the use of Clear Quartz (my favorite for meditation) for past life clearing and cleansing, Ashley.

    As you know, the Eastern faiths like Hinduism believe in reincarnation as part of our spiritual journey and evolution. When someone hurts us or does things to harm us with no real reason to take negative action against us, it is quite normal to say aloud – a translation from Hindi ‘which birth’s revenge are you taking?’

    I’m thinking aloud now, but this technique might also help to clear any attraction to people from a previous birth who are affecting us adversely in this life time. Am I on the right thought path?

  13. I love Labradorite for blocking negative energy. And don’t forget Rose Quartz when choosing your stones. One of the first major steps in emotional healing is often relearning (or perhaps learning for the first time) how to love, and live with, yourself.

    Intriguing. My chakra training is rather old school, my mentor trained in a Krisna Temple in the 70s. I’ve never heard of the past life chakras. I’ll have to look into this. Thank you.
