Geodes are beautiful to look at, but did you ever wonder how you can use them in your crystal practice? Geodes are excellent for manifesting, and the way you do it couldn’t be easier (or more fun!). Work with geodes on a regularly basis to transform your wishes into realities!
Tips for Manifesting with Geodes
Geodes are powerful crystal tools for manifesting. To use your geode to manifest love, abundance, prosperity, etc. you must first get clear on your intention. Take a few moments to center and ground yourself and then focus on what it is you truly desire to manifest.
Start by writing your intention on a small piece of paper. I like to use colored inks (or colored paper) to add another layer of energetic frequency to my intention. For example, if I were intending to manifest love, I might use a pink or red ink to write my intention. If I were manifesting prosperity, I might use green or gold ink.
Write down exactly what it is that you want to manifest and bring into your life. This may take a little time and a lot of thoughtfulness, but ultimately being clear about what you want to bring into your life is the key to successful manifesting. You can leave your intention more open-ended, but in my experience, the more clear and concise you are with your intention, the better results you’re going to have.
After you’ve written your intention, clearly and concisely, you can fold it very small and place it within your geode.
All of the small crystal points within the geode structure will then work to amplify and enhance the energy of that intention, thought, wish, or prayer. All of those little quartz points inside of my geode were directing and sending energy to that intention. This sends a lot of energy to you intention from all of those tiny little points because there are so many of them working toward manifesting your intention or your goal. Even though the crystals within a geode are typically small, they should not be discounted since what they lack in size, they make up for in numbers.
Since geodes are great for holding and storing energy, they will gather universal energy where it will pool around your wish or intention. You can then hold the geode within your hands, paper inside, and speak your intention aloud to consciously direct the crystal’s energy toward your goal. Repeat this step at least once per week (or up to once per day). Be sure to update your intention statement as needed.
When you consciously work with crystal energy in this way, you are sending the universe a clear message that you are ready for positive change in your life!

Quartz Geodes: We talk a lot about “working” with crystals, but sometimes a crystal fanatic just needs to play! And there’s no better crystal “toy” than a geode. Plain on the outside but spectacular on the inside, they show us that mysterious and magical things can be found in even the most mundane objects. THanks Ashley ! I adore Geodes ! Actually the Quartz Geodes I have had done a remarkable job in restoring and brightening stones which I didn’t realize were damaged when I purchased them. A Labradorite ring as an example, obviously had been been mishandled … I saw in sunlight while driving one corner has been smashed and fracture lines running from that corner … every day after wearing for the evening, night, etc. I put into a Geode and it is healing the stone … I swear. Others a Geode has brought out a shine in tired stone which I purchased online. Quite surprising! Now I use a Geode every day when I take my jewelry off to get their nightly rest!

Would you use an open-ended geode (like has but cut in half) for this or a closable geode (broken in half but you have both halves that fit back together)? I have both types.
Hi Jennifer, either is fine, but some healers think that a closed geode works better. The reason for this is that a closed geode holds the energy in place. Additionally, when you have two halves to the geode, there will naturally be more points sending energy toward your intention. Crystal blessings!

ASHLEY,, I have a closed geode, can i still use it even though it hasn’t been opened at all ?, i have had this little guy for years, but i have never tried to open it,,i love the round shape.

I have a quartz Geode un opened but plan on opening it on the new moon with my BFF as we cleanse, balance and manifest new intentions. Is it a good idea to share the split geode if we both set intentions on it?

Hello crystal loves and friends?
I have maybe 3 halves of geodes gifted to me from friends or, just randomly getting them from friends & I have a really tiny one I fit into a crystal cage to wear daily if I wanted to, but the other 2 that I have, I was wondering, do I just literally fold the tiny paper & place it inside like over night? 24 hours? (-I have special parchment I use for purposes like these)
Lol -I’ve been working with crystals for about 12 years steady now. I own a Rose quartz “ seers stone“ & ive used that to kind of stare into & journal when it’s around me! I absolutely love seers stones so much! Like a window into another universe????such a blessing we have these wonderful beautiful crystals from Mother Nature & Universe! They truly are life changing IF you allow them to be & let them in. Sorry for the long story. I’m passionate about stones! Have a hefty collection myself & love reading about things like this so much. Hard to stop myself lol thanks for taking the time out to read if you made it this far! Hi Breezy, thanks for your question! There’s no set time per se, it’s really based on your intention and intuition. If you wanted to further amplify the energy of the manifestation the article also recommends the following: “You can then hold the geode within your hands, paper inside, and speak your intention aloud to consciously direct the crystal’s energy toward your goal. Repeat this step at least once per week (or up to once per day). Be sure to update your intention statement as needed.” So, when using this method, it could be anywhere from a week to a few weeks, to a month or so. It’s really up to you!
