Crystal Companions: Stone Pairings for Creativity, Spiritual Growth, & More
As a crystal healing instructor, one of the things I get asked most frequently is “Can I put these stones together?”
Although I don’t think there are any stones that CAN’T be used together, it wouldn’t make much sense to use one stone for energizing and another stone to help you sleep, as the intentions aren’t in harmony and would conflict. On the other hand, there are some stones that pair together so well that they can actually enhance the qualities of one another – these are crystal companions.
Here are a few of my favorite crystal companions stone pairings:
Blue Quartz & Carnelian for Creativity:
This combination is all about creative energy. Carnelian relates to the Sacral Chakra where creative ideas are formed. It is from these depths that you birth new ideas into the world. But the key to expressing those ideas, come from Blue Quartz and its ability to stimulate the Throat Chakra (the home of self-expression). Using this crystal combination helps you see your creative pursuits from formation to completion.
