Enrollment in any class or program offered by the Love & Light School of Energy Medicine constitutes your agreement to the following policies and procedures and Student Waiver/Release.
Our Founder & Instructor, Ashley Leavy, has undergone extensive energy healing training in several areas of expertise. We value professional training and qualifications, experience, and integrity. Instructor credentials are kept on file and may be made available upon written request (within 14 days).
We’re accredited by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), the largest internationally recognized & trusted accreditation board for training providers worldwide. By choosing to study with us, you can trust that this course meets the highest standards for excellence and integrity.
The Love & Light School of Energy Medicine is also accredited and fully endorsed by the World Metaphysical Association (WMA). The WMA issues accreditation only to those who they deem to “demonstrate a high level of awareness, educational aptitude, and ethical business practices.” Additionally, accredited members must pass “high standards of character as well as expertise.”
Just as energy healing ranges from the physical to the metaphysical, we feel that the standards set forth by the IPHM and by the WMA fully exemplify the range of ideals to be upheld in our classes and programs.
Each of the Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy Programs is broken down into several individual classes, each with several modules. Enrolled students will have the option to earn Certification upon completion of an entire program of study.
Enrolled students must complete all requirements for the specific class or program (as outlined on each program description page).
Enrolled students must successfully complete a multiple-choice examination (earning a score of 75% or higher to pass) for each class included in a given Program of Study. If a student does not successfully pass an exam, then it may be re-taken.
Records are kept of student progress for each class and program and there is no time limit for completion. Once a student is enrolled, he or she will be granted lifetime access to any class or program materials. This means that classes and programs can be completed at your own pace. However, if any changes are made to a class or program after enrollment, but before completion, then the student will have to fulfill the current class or program requirements (not those set forth when the class or program was started by the student).
No certificate of any kind will be issued until all of the class or program requirements have been met.
Certification in any of our classes or programs is good for life and does not require renewal of any kind.
If any student (currently enrolled or graduate) is deemed by the Love & Light School of Crystal Theray to be in violation of our Code of Ethics he or she may be immediately removed from the class, program, and/or alumni section of our website. Students who are removed will forfeit all access to all class or program materials.
One written warning may be issued prior to removal for what is deemed by us to be a minor infraction (this will be determined on a case by case basis by Love & Light team members). However, if the infraction is deemed to be severe, immediate removal of the student or graduate will occur.
No refunds or credits of any kind will be given to students or graduates who have been removed due to ethics violations.
By enrolling in a class or program, you are agreeing to accept any consequences resulting from ethics violations.
Students must complete payment at the time of enrollment through our online class enrollment page. Electronic access to class or program materials will be automatically delivered via email immediately after class enrollment.
Payment plans for some (but not all) classes and programs are available upon sign up. By signing up for a payment plan, you are contractually and legally agreeing to pay each monthly payment on time and in full. You are responsible for full payment of your enrollment fee and may not cancel. We have the right to seek the collection of any unpaid enrollment fees. Your access to all content and all areas of our websites, will be suspended or canceled if we do not receive the fees for your subscription within 5 days of the payment due date.
Most of our classes are pre-recorded and can be watched any time at your convenience. However, if a class is being taught online via our virtual classroom for the first time, it may be scheduled as a live distance learning class.
The Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy endeavors to maintain strict adherence to our schedule of classes. However, on occasion, circumstances may develop that may result in the need to reschedule a class. We will make every attempt to notify enrolled students (in writing) of any cancellations as soon as possible. However, students will be notified (in writing) of a cancelled class within the 24 hours after the scheduled class time if we are unable to give prior notice.
In the event of a cancellation for a live, online distance learning class, we will offer a make-up class in order to satisfy the student’s need to complete the class. Make-up classes will be offered in the same format (online distance learning) and will be scheduled within 3 months of the original online class date.
Refunds will not be offered for rescheduled classes.
Enrolling in any of our programs means you’re making a commitment and an investment in yourself and our School, and we do not accept refund or cancellation requests for any of our classes, programs, or digital products. Once enrolled, all students with payment plans agree to make all payments on time and in full according to the payment schedule laid out at the time of purchase.
The Love & Light School of Crystal Therapy is not liable to technical issues on the user end. If it is deemed by our school that technical issues on the user end have prevented a student from completing a class or program of study, it will be considered the student’s responsibility to remedy the issue(s) in order to complete the class.
If it is deemed by our school that technical issues on the school’s end have prevented a student from completing a class or program of study, then we will offer a make-up class in order to satisfy the student’s need to complete the class. Make-up classes will be offered in the same format (online distance learning) and will be scheduled within 3 months of the original online class date.
