Information you provide to us when you create an account, enroll in a class, attend a live-stream, enter a promotion, or contact us, such as your name, phone number, email address, country of residence, gender, date of birth, purchase history, username, and password.

Your User Contributions.  Our websites and our applications on third-party websites (including our social media pages) may offer interactive features that allow you to share messages, opinions, audio, video, photos, or other content with other users of our websites and/or our applications (collectively, “User Contributions”).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal data unless we provide you with advance notice.  This does not include our websites’ hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our websites, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our websites’ policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable user information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Notwithstanding the above, your User Contributions may be disclosed subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.  Additionally, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by other users of our websites or any other person.  All User Contributions you provide are done so at your own risk.

Data Retention and Access

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was retained, such as to enable you to use our websites and your products or to provide services to you. In some instances, we may retain data for longer periods in order to comply with applicable laws (including those regarding document retention), resolve disputes with any parties, and otherwise as necessary to allow us to conduct our business. You also have the right to amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal data, request deletion of your personal data, or request that we no longer use it.  In some cases, we may not be able to delete your personal data except by also deleting your user/customer account.  Under certain circumstances we will not be able to fulfill your request, such as if it interferes with our regulatory obligations, affects legal matters, we cannot verify your identity, or it involves disproportionate cost or effort, but in any event we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and provide you an explanation. In order to make such a request of us, please email us at support@loveandlighthealingschool.com.
If you delete User Contributions from our websites or our third-party applications, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our websites or third-party applications.  Additionally, we reserve all continuing rights to your User Contributions as provided in our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

In order to protect your information, we have put in place appropriate electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards. We utilize standard encryption and security technology to protect data transfer, and our information systems are treated with the highest regard for security. In addition, we limit access to customer information to only authorized personnel.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to our websites. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our websites.

We are not responsible for the content or practices employed by other websites that our websites may link to. We are also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. Children Under the Age of 18

Our websites are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.  We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18.  If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on our websites through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us.  If we learn we have collected or received personal data from a user under 18, we will delete that information from our records.  If you believe we might have any information from or about a user under 18 please contact us at support@loveandlighthealingschool.com.

Your personal data may be stored, transferred, and processed in and to the United States and in other countries by our affiliates and/or service providers.
