How to Use Healing Crystals to Receive Messages from Your Guides
Crystals are often used for healing the mind, body, and spirit, but there’s something else you can use them for that you may have never tried before. Crystals can actually help you open the channel of communication with your spirit guides so that you may receive wisdom and assistance from them. Healing crystals can be used with meditation and dream work to receive intuitive messages and guidance from your spirit guides. When using crystals in meditation, they can help you concentrate and focus your mind’s energy as well as enhance the quality of the meditation. Meditation is a focusing of your mental energy until you have reached a stillness of mind.
There are several steps you can take to promote a successful meditation.

The true benefit of meditation is found in the stillness that it provides to your body, mind, and spirit. This stillness alters your conscious awareness and connects it with the divine. In this state, guidance is often received from your spirit guides. This is a gift from the divine to your higher self. You should be open to any guidance or messages that may come from the universe, your spirit guides, or angels.
Crystals amplify your intentions and thoughts which promotes conscious awareness. Your thoughts become more pure through crystal meditation. This clear, pure thinking helps you to remain in the moment and focus on the stillness during your meditation practice.
Meditating with high vibrational healing crystals, like Selenite, before bed is a sure fire way to enrich the dream state and receive intuitive messages. When you are dreaming, you are able to receive intuitive guidance from your higher self or spirit guides.
Selenite is strongly linked with the Moon Goddess, Selene, and has a natural connection to night and the dream state. Because it is so strongly tied to moon energy, it promotes intuition and psychic insight.
When you become able to recall and interpret dreams, astounding messages can be discovered. It may be beneficial for you to pay close attention to any symbols or messages received in your dreams after working with Selenite. Even if your dreams are seemingly bizarre, they will likely have some personal meaning for you. Be open minded in your interpretation of these messages.
You may even choose to record the information in a dream journal for later reference. You should place a notebook and a pen or pencil next to your bed (within easy grasp) before going to sleep. After meditating with your crystal, you should focus your attention on intending to remember the dream.

You can gain intuitive insights through these clues, so be meticulous in your record keeping. Although you will sometimes immediately understand how a dream symbol should be interpreted, many dream symbols are just pieces of a greater puzzle. You may need to link together several entries to fully understand the messages behind your dream(s).

Wonderful article, I was attracted to it, but until I read it, I did not understand why.
In my dreamtime, I had received a crystal, it was white, but I knew it wasn’t a quartz. I have asked that I be shown which crystal it was and here pops up your article, although I am not sure how I got to this post either. But…
