How do I register and pay for online classes?
Registering for Love and Light’s online classes is quick and easy! Just visit our site and click on “Enroll” in the menu bar. There you can browse through the list of classes and programs available. Once you find a class or program you’d like to enroll in, click the “add to cart” button that follows the description. When you’re finished shopping, follow the prompts to pay for your selections. You can pay for classes using your Paypal account, or pay with a major credit card if you’re not a Paypal user.
How do online classes work?
When you register for a class, you will receive a class access link, along with your personal student login credentials, to our virtual classroom. There you will be able to see and hear your instructor as well as a slide-show presentation of the class material. Students participating in classes will be able to interact with their instructor and classmates using our private student group as well as at our monthly office hours calls AND our monthly Q&A Nights. Although our class videos are pre-recorded, monthly calls are held live. But each and every call is recorded for those who can’t attend the live event. This allows everyone to benefit from questions and other valuable information and resources shared by those on the live call. Students watching the recorded versions of calls will still be able to ask questions by contacting the class instructor with questions.
Can’t I just learn this stuff from books or online resources?
The in-depth, robust education you’ll get from this program can’t be beat. Trying to piece together your crystal education on your own can be challenging – navigating the confusing (and often conflicting) information in books and online can leave you with more questions than answers. The techniques that are shared in our CCH & ACP Programs have been tested by Ashley over nearly 20 years of professional work with crystals, and her 6,000+ students. Plus, you’ll have Ashley’s expert advice and support in an intimate group setting…this goes SO much deeper than what you can learn from a book. This is about making crystals experiential and really integrating them into your daily life. She’ll show you how, while guiding you through each lesson in the program. Will I get personal help and attention from Ashley?
Ashley prides herself on personally responding to the large majority of student questions. You’ll get ongoing access to live, monthly crystal mentorship calls with Ashley, so you can get the help and guidance you need ongoing. These live calls are recorded, so you can review the recordings if you’re unable to attend live. Ashley is very hands on with her students, and she frequently pops into the private student group to check in and answer questions.
What if I don’t want to be a professional crystal healer? Is this course still right for me?
Of course! A majority of our students take this training for personal development (though some go on to start their own wellness businesses). Keeping our students in mind, this course was designed for self-healing as well as working with others (whether that’s on friends and family or professionally). The great thing about these classes is that all the exercises and techniques can be adapted to work on yourself or on others. Plus in the Advanced Crystal Practitioner Program you’ll learn how to do distant healing as well.
What do I need to know if I’d like to offer crystal healing sessions professionally?
If you’re taking this program to build or grow your professional healing practice, congratulations on this exciting career move! Our internationally-accredited and award-winning certification program will not only give you the confidence to start healing others professionally, it will also give your clients and employers peace of mind that you are equipped to practice ethically, with integrity and with world-class training to back it all up.

Are there any prerequisites for this program?
Nope! Ashley will walk you through all the classes, start to finish, where you’ll learn the “hows” and “whys” of crystal healing, with step-by-step instructions and demonstrations on performing crystal healing techniques. This Program is perfect for beginners and experienced crystal workers alike! The program sets a great foundation for crystal newbies, building your knowledge with each new class. And we’ve heard time and time again from our more experienced students just how much they learned from our program, even if they’ve been certified elsewhere or have been working with their stones for years!
I want to learn EXACTLY how and why crystals work, including the science behind it. Do you offer help explaining the science behind this to others?
Yes. We cover this in depth in class #1. You’ll be able to adapt the short summary provided in class when explaining this to others. We do use science to set the stage for the rest of the work that we do in the program, but it’s not the primary focus of our classes. This program is a blend of both science AND spirituality together. That being said you will DEFINITELY still get a great understanding of how it all works and be able to show off your knowledge knowledge to others.
Where and when are the classes held?
Classes are all held online and can be attended from anywhere in the world. You’ll get instant access to your first class as soon as you sign up. The class videos themselves have been pre-recorded, so you can tune in any time without having to worry about scheduling. With your *lifetime access to the program and all future updates, you can go at your own pace and fit your crystal education around your schedule and other life commitments. Ashley holds 2 live calls every month to discuss what you’re learning in your classes, but if you can’t attend the live connection calls, you can send your questions in ahead of time and she will answer them. These live sessions will be recorded and available for you to view later in our archive.

Do I need any special supplies for class?
We discuss tons of crystals and ways to use them during the classes. You do not need these stones to complete the classes, but it may be a good idea to have some crystals so that you are able to practice the techniques as they are presented. For your convenience, Ashley will send you a list of recommended stones that you can purchase at an affordable price, or you simply can choose the stones you want most from the provided list. Part of what she teaches in these classes is to use your intuition so that you’re able to substitute crystals/techniques/layouts as needed (in order to fit your purpose/intention, your available stone selection, and your budget). To perform all of the techniques we discuss in class, you’ll need more supplies than this, but all of these healing crystals can be gathered and acquired over time.
How long does it take to complete the certification?
There are 11 classes in the CCH Program and 10 classes in the Advanced Program. You can work on the classes at your own pace and you’ll receive guided emails to let you know exactly what’s coming up next. Most students take about 6-12 months to complete the Program Bundle. However, you can take as long as you’d like because there are no time limits for completion.
Once you’re enrolled, you will have *lifetime access to our class materials. So if you’d prefer, you may take your time to implement the information and techniques presented.

What happens if I fall behind or don’t pass the exams?
There will be one exam for each class of the program. They are open-book and don’t have a time limit for completion. If you don’t receive a passing score (75% or higher) on your exam, you’ll have another chance to pass your exam, whenever you’d like. If you’re still unable to pass your exam, Ashley will work with you to clarify any information and prepare you for your next attempt. In all of our years offering classes, we have only had 1 student not pass an exam on the second attempt and after receiving some one on one coaching, the student aced it.
What happens if I miss a live session?
Our class videos are all pre-recorded so you can watch them according to your own schedule, but we also have 2 live calls each month to connect and chat about what you’re learning. These live calls are recorded so you’re able to watch later if you’re unable to attend live.
How much time will I need to devote to my classes each week?
The CCH + ACP Programs are designed to be completed at your own pace. Most students take about 6-12 months to complete our program bundle (completing 1 class about every 1-2 weeks). In general, you’ll need to devote about 2 – 5 hours per class (with 11 classes in the CCH Program plus an additional 10 in our Advanced Program if you’re enrolling in our program bundle). As soon as you enroll, you will get access to your class materials. There will also be monthly live connection calls that are recorded in case you’re unable to attend live. However, with your *lifetime access to the program and all future updates, you can go at your own pace and fit your crystal education around your other life commitments and schedule.

Can I earn CE hours by taking online classes through Love and Light School of Crystal Therapy?
Great question- and this has a pretty long answer that we feel VERY passionately about, so I’m going to give you the inside scoop… I know this is a bit long, but it’s important for us that you have all the details!
All of our classes are accredited by the WMA (the World Metaphysical Association), and also an approved training provider by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
For years now, we had accreditation from the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork), and our programs had qualified for more CE hours than any other crystal healing program out there.
This worked great for our handful of students who were working towards becoming LMTs (licensed massage therapists), but we quickly found that more and more of our students wanted to practice crystal healing as an energetic therapy all on its own, with their sessions focusing solely on energy healing with crystals- rather than just as a complement to massage. Still, we continued to offer CE hours to accommodate the students who needed them.
Over the past few years, though, the NCBTMB has drastically and continually updated their policies on how energy healing qualifies for their accreditation… and at this point, they no longer offer accreditation for energy healing, or any programs that discuss things like intuition & spirituality (which is a BIG part of what we do here!)
So… yes, there are a couple of other crystal healing schools out there that currently offer CE hours. We’ve spoken to the NCBTMB directly about this issue, and they’ve told us that by keeping this accreditation, the other schools are saying that their programs & methods are meant to be used exclusively by LMTs (people who’ve been licensed to work with tissue manipulation, deep-tissue massage, stuff like that) rather than the larger group of energy-workers (people who practice crystal healing, the laying of stones, light-touch healing, energy work, and other forms of energy healing/therapy).
As our own NCBTMB accreditation came up for renewal, we had a big decision to make. We could have kept our ability to offer CE hours, but we ultimately decided this would present a HUGE disadvantage for our students who want to practice crystal healing without becoming LMTs. This also presented us with the opportunity to make some changes to our program that move us more into alignment with spirituality and place greater emphasis on intuitive development, which we think is of great importance for all energy healers. Crystal healing sessions are in very high demand right now, and as crystals become more well-known and mainstream over the next few years, this demand is only going to rise.
The bottom line is… we want to empower our students to actually be able to use their Crystal Healing Certifications, including the amazing intuitive & spiritual aspects that come along with this, rather than limiting them and their future practices just because CE hours look good on paper. The crystal healing industry is booming- and it’s vital for us that our graduates can safely practice crystal healing in the real world without putting themselves in murky waters.
We know that it sounds nice to offer CE hours, but… if we continued offering CE hours at this point, it would mean that about 99% of our CCH grads would never get to practice healing with crystals, simply because they aren’t Licensed Massage Therapists. This didn’t seem like a worthy trade-off to us, which is why we decided not to renew our NCBTMB accreditation.
Phew… I know that was long and took a lot of explaining- but I wanted you to have ALL the facts so you can make an informed decision.

A: All of your class materials are immediately available to you online after completing your enrollment and registration.
Q: What happens if I don’t pass my exam?
A: We allow un-timed, open-note exams with unlimited attempts to pass. Usually, if you do not pass twice in a row, we will be sure you get some 1-on-1 time with your instructor to cover any areas you’re having trouble with, and then you can try taking your exam again (although, to date, we’ve only had to do this once out of our thousands of students). Most people pass with flying colors (even if they haven’t taken a test in a while!).
Q: How long does it take to complete the various programs offered by the Love and Light School of Energy Medicine?
A: The length of time it takes to complete a particular Love and Light program all depends on your work pace. Each student sets his or her own pace – it’s all up to you!
Q: Do I need to be certified as a healer to begin working on people in a professional business?
A: Most places within the United States do not require energy healers to have certification. However, it does give your clients and employers peace of mind if they know you have completed some formal training on the subject.
Q: Do you offer scholarships?
A: We know that access to wellness education and training creates a feeling of alignment and personal fulfillment, so we are committed to prioritizing Black and Indigenous folks and other people of color, survivors of domestic violence, people with disabilities, and other historically under-resourced groups of people for scholarship opportunities for our Crystal Healing Certification Program and Advanced Crystal Practitioner Program. It is our hope that these scholarships will help create more diversity, equity, and advancement opportunities in the wellness community.
